The correlation of leadership styles toward sports federation performance

The achievement of organizational goals shows the performance effective sports organizations, where strategies taken by leaders in running organization have a role. This quantitative study uses cross-sectional survey approach to collect data month understand relationship between leadership style and federation performance. Due time constraints, population this was only focused on members 46 elite federations Central Java Province. Using purposive sampling as technique obtained 127 respondents. Guttman scale, respondent filled out questionnaire related humanistic, transformational, participatory, servant, styles. Based results analysis, it found that four styles positive if is often used management, will also increase servant highest correlation level among others though not most widely sport 96.61% leaders, but 98.95% use participative or democratic style.
